As an Associate Design at Myntra, you will play a vital role in the design process of various projects within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the design team in HQ & Brand Partners in Surat to create visually appealing and functional designs. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. - Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects. - Ensure consistency in design across all project deliverables. - Stay updated on current design trends and tools to enhance design processes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institute. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Strong understanding Materials and Design To Cost. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Attention to detail and a strong creative flair.
