Associate Dentist

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Dentist (BDS) responsible for delivering comprehensive dental care, assisting senior clinicians, and maintaining high clinical and ethical standards. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about learning, committed to patient care, and eager to grow in a structured clinical environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care

• Perform routine dental procedures including fillings, extractions, RCT assistance, scaling, emergency care, and basic prosthetic work.
• Conduct patient consultations, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning under guidance when required.
• Take and evaluate intraoral radiographs; assist with digital dentistry workflows.

Patient Management

• Provide clear explanations regarding diagnosis, procedures, and treatment options.
• Ensure patient comfort, manage chairside communication, and deliver a positive experience.
• Give detailed post-treatment instructions and preventive care advice.

Clinical Coordination & Documentation

• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
• Follow sterilization and infection-control protocols as per clinic standards.
• Assist senior dentists during advanced procedures such as endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, or prosthodontic treatments.

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with the clinical team, assistants, and front office to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in case discussions, clinical meetings, and training sessions.

Skills & QualificationsMust-Have

• BDS degree from a recognized dental college.
• Valid Tamil Nadu Dental Council registration.
• 0–3 years of clinical experience (freshers with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication skills in English & Tamil.
• Excellent chairside manners and patient-centred approach.

Preferred

• Experience in digital dentistry, rotary endodontics, or aesthetic dentistry (not mandatory).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setup.
• Willingness to learn and handle responsibilities independently over time.

• Work Days: 6 days/week
• Timings: 10.30 AM to 8 PM
