Experience: 812 years in advertising copy (primarily digital)

Agency Background: Mandatory | Awards a plus (e.g., Kyoorius, Abbys, Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia)

What You&aposll Do:

• Lead copy teams and creative thinking across key accounts
• Drive award-worthy campaigns that deliver both results and recognition
• Mentor and guide a team of writers and art partners
• Partner with strategy, design, and business teams to shape ideas that move culture
• Take ownership of pitches, new business, and big ideas
• Be a voice in the room, strategic, original, and inspiring

What You Bring:

• Strong digital-first portfolio with standout campaign work
• Experience leading creative teams (last 23 years in a creative leadership/managerial role)
• A taste for culturally relevant, disruptive content
• Proven track record with known brands (preferably beauty, fashion, F&B)
• Exposure to or wins at top-tier industry awards (e.g., Kyoorius, Abbys, Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia)
