Associate Creative Director - Design

Role Overview: Curefit Healthcare Pvt Ltd, founded in 2016, is India's largest fitness company and wellness platform. The brand offers a wide range of fitness services including group workouts, gyms, personalized fitness solutions, and quality fitness products, all geared towards empowering individuals towards an active and healthier lifestyle through innovative fitness solutions enabled by technology. Key Responsibilities: - Own the design vision and execution across various campaigns including brand, performance marketing, CRM, and retail. - Craft compelling visual stories for apparel collections and equipment range to resonate with fitness-first consumers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize integrated campaigns. - Guide a team of designers to deliver impactful creatives with speed and scale. - Develop a distinct visual language that reflects the brand's energy, style, and purpose. - Design for performance by optimizing creatives for click-through rates, conversions, and engagement across various platforms. - Lead campaign shoots and product launches with a keen design eye from planning to post-production stages. - Maintain design quality and consistency across different platforms such as website, app, retail, and packaging. - Experiment with design trends in typography, color, motion, and layout to set the standard in the fitness category. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of design experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior/lead role in a fast-paced brand or agency. - Strong portfolio in D2C, fashion, fitness, or lifestyle, with a bonus for experience in physical product launches. - Deep understanding of visual storytelling in e-commerce, performance marketing, and social content. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma; motion design skills like After Effects are a plus. - Detail-oriented with a passion for fitness aesthetics and high standards for design taste. - Experience in mentoring junior designers and providing constructive feedback. - Comfortable collaborating with product, marketing, growth, and content teams to bring ideas to life.
