As an Associate Graphic Designer at Voll Sante, you will have a pivotal role in creating visual content for various platforms, both digital and print. Your responsibilities will include designing high-quality visual assets for social media, digital ads, websites, presentations, packaging, print materials, and more. You must ensure consistency in brand representation across all platforms and content types. Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to understand briefs and translate them into creative visual solutions is essential. Additionally, you will be tasked with editing and adapting existing designs and templates for various campaigns and formats, while working closely with senior designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of creative assets. Organizing design files effectively and adhering to proper version control processes is crucial. It is imperative to stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices, and actively contribute creative ideas in team brainstorming and campaign planning sessions. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, along with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required, while knowledge of Canva, Figma, or After Effects would be advantageous. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across digital and print mediums is essential.
