As a Volunteer Engagement Program Manager, your role involves enabling different corporations by understanding their mission in volunteering, designing campaigns, managing them end-to-end, and coordinating various stakeholders to achieve the desired impact. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding client requirements and crafting customized volunteering engagement programs. - Conceptualizing, planning, and executing end-to-end volunteering projects. - Coordinating and effectively managing multiple stakeholders. - Driving growth and scaling of client accounts through impactful engagement strategies. - Conducting regular touchpoints with stakeholders to measure progress, identify risks, and ensure project success.
