Associate, Control Management - Controls Room Data Visualization and Report Automation

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and delivering precise, efficient operational risk dashboards for the Controls Management group. As an Associate in the Control Management - Controls Room Data Visualization and Report Automation team, you will play a key role in creating standardized operational risk reporting dashboards to enhance control oversight and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools - Design and build automated workflows using tools like Alteryx - Integrate disparate systems, connect APIs, databases, flat files to streamline data flows - Troubleshoot and optimize failures, fine-tune performance, and refactor code for scalability - Extract source data from SQL, cloud storage, and APIs - Cleansing and validation by applying business rules, handle missing or inconsistent values, and enforce data quality - Translate complex datasets into intuitive charts, KPIs, and narrative insights - Engage with Product Owners to capture automation and reporting needs - Proactively identify opportunities for automation - Research new tools and patterns, experiment with emerging platforms - Desirable knowledge in Python, ThoughtSpot, UiPath Qualifications Required: - Graduate degree in Computer Science - 5+ years experience in Tableau dashboarding and Alteryx ETL - Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to detail - Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills - Self-motivated, proactive, and confident attitude Additional Details: This role is based in Mumbai and follows the EMEA shift. Banking operational risk experience and familiarity with SharePoint are preferred qualifications.,
