Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their academic and professional backgrounds, career objectives, and personal narratives.
• Develop creative and effective content strategies for resumes, Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and application essays, ensuring the client's authentic voice is preserved.
• Conduct structured client calls to guide storytelling, plan content, and ensure proper document formatting.
• Collaborate with consultants and the operations team to coordinate timelines, manage client expectations, and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Review and refine application documents to ensure clarity, coherence, and alignment with program-specific requirements.
• Provide constructive feedback, make thoughtful revisions, and maintain timely communication throughout the content development process.
  

Keep abreast of global education trends, admissions processes, and storytelling best practices to deliver insightful guidance.
