Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as an Associate Content Development Specialist at E2open, collaborating with product subject matter experts to create and update training materials, including recorded webinars, videos, screencasts, and eLearning courses. Your primary focus will be on developing and enhancing training materials to support the learning needs of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Create and update courses, lessons, and assessments within the e2open University Learning Management System (LMS). - Provide minimal administrative support for the LMS or similar systems. - Acquire proficiency in eLearning development tools like Storyline, Camtasia, and others to enhance training materials. - Modify courses to reflect changes in product features and functionalities. - Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines. - Upload courses and lessons to the e2open University LMS for accessibility. - Design assessments within the e2open University LMS to evaluate learning outcomes. - Collaborate with graphic designers to incorporate images that clarify concepts effectively. - Develop storyboards for courses, including voiceover scripts to enhance the learning experience. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Technical Communication, or English, or relevant experience in training content design and development or technical writing. - Proficiency in the English language. - Up to three years" experience in creating training content for adult learners or technical writing, including documenting software applications.
