Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Consultant to join our team at Sattva Consulting, focusing on Monitoring and Evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in this field and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plans to track project progress.
Conduct data analysis and interpretation to inform project decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Design and implement data collection tools and methods to ensure high-quality data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans and activities.
Provide technical assistance and training to staff on monitoring and evaluation best practices.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
Experience with data collection and management, including data analysis and visualization tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to design and implement effective monitoring and evaluation systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
