Associate Consultant

This is a requirement is for Oracle Financial Services Finergy division. We are a part of Oracle Financial Services Global Business Unit (FSGIU) business unit and our specialized solutions address the unique business needs of banking and financial institutions, enabling them to make more informed business decisions and serve customers better.We are looking for a resource with 2+ yrs of experience providing application support in the banking domain.Required Experience/Skill Set:Strong customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver high quality serviceAbility to multi-task, work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines2+ years of experience in hands-on application support analyst roleExperience in providing services to agreed SLAs and OLAsExperience with working in an ITIL environment. ITIL foundation Certification desiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAble to work in 24*7 support in different shifts pattern on rotational basis (work schedule will include weekend support as well). Must be willing to work from OfficeBasic knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Release, & Request Management processes.Career Level - IC1

Responsibilities

Eye On Glass / Mailbox/ Triage, follow up and resolve based on KBs.Triage and remediate using standard & certified procedures.Improve event management. Work with L2 and Monitoring teams to insure proper team assignments, cleanup of repetitive and non-actionable messages.Partner with L2 teams to centralize and build knowledge transfer focus on standard/certified procedures for L1 execution & remediation.Triage and Invoke Application Recovery using standard procedures.Ticket Handling using best practices. Ensuring Proper Escalation and Engagement. Snow Incidents/timelines/participate in RCA investigationsEngage major incident management should it be deemed necessary and agreed upon based on a broader or higher priority incident affecting other LOBs.Start of day, End of day checksBatch Monitoring / Job ABEND/ Re-Run / Force Complete / On HoldApplication Recycle / Service RestartsRelease And Deployments Friday Night- Sunday Morning)Weekend Application Validation - Post Patching / Maintenance, Application Maintenance
