Job Description

As an Associate in the Client Services department at Fidelity, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of technology systems supporting Client Services. Your role will involve becoming a subject matter expert (SME) on Fidelity's websites and systems to provide support to Client Services in case of any issues. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acting as a point of contact for any systems/website related issues and ensuring clear communication across Client Services - Investigating web journey issues faced by clients and performing local fixes, escalating to technology support teams when necessary - Identifying and escalating issues impacting multiple customers to ensure prompt resolution - Becoming an SME for all Fidelity websites and systems to answer complex customer queries - Collaborating with the Technology team to resolve customer-reported issues and improve the overall customer experience - Providing support to Customer Relations and Phones teams through managing the Technical Hotline and mailbox - Updating the Tech support page with major themes and high impacting issues regularly - Identifying and prioritizing issues for resolution, working towards providing better client service Qualifications required for this role include: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Dynamic, positive attitude with strong teamwork abilities - Self-starter with good initiative - Proficiency in Excel for report production and analysis - Knowledge of Client Services Systems, including Fidelity websites and mobile applications - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels - Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines - Ownership of individual issues and projects for effective resolution - Willingness to learn new systems and skills through self-study At Fidelity, we value your well-being and support your development by offering a comprehensive benefits package.
