Associate Client Relation

Experienced (0-2 years)

Muziris Softech is looking to hire fresh or experienced management graduates as Associate - Client Relations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Management/Administration is preferred.
• Must be an excellent communicator
• Excellent client/ customer management skills
• Prior experience in a client/customer facing role would be an advantage
• Familiarity with ERP software would be an advantage
• Knowledge about accounting concepts
• Good logical and analytical thinking capability
• A quick learner

Responsibilities:

• ERP implementation
• Client communications in the project
• User training of ERP software
• Customer management
• Domain testing

Client Management responsibilities

• Client communication through calls, mails, Whatsapp etc
• User story management
• Weekly sprint meeting with client
• Ticketing system management
• User training based on new releases
