Role & responsibilities

Preferably has 0 to 4 years of relevant experience in entity data capture.
Has fair experience in public research, demonstrating a strong ability to gather and analyze information from various public and paid sources.
Preferably has experience in processing entities such as funds, Trusts, Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), etc. and a deep understanding of complex ownership structures including Mergers and Liquidation.
Proven track record of working with global entities, showcasing familiarity with requirements across different countries, and should be aware of different registries, regulations, and exchanges.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to entity data capture processes
Utilize strong analytical skills to assess client information, verify identities, and validate documentation.
Effectively communicate findings and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
