About the job: Key responsibilities: Data Entry & Tally Operations 1. Record financial transactions in Tally ERP and maintain accuracy. 2. Assist in reconciling accounts and updating ledger entries. Invoice & Billing Assistance 1. Generate invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills as required. 2. Ensure timely dispatch and filing of invoices for records. Document Filing & Organization 1. Maintain financial documents such as receipts, invoices, purchase orders, and bank statements. 2. Help organize digital and physical records for audits. Accounting Support & Compliance 1. Assist the accountant with paperwork related to taxation, GST, and compliance filings. 2. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. General Administrative Support 1. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for financial queries. 2. Support in preparing basic financial reports under guidance.
