Assoc Base24 Technical Consultant

As an Associate BASE24 Technical Consultant at ACI Worldwide, your role involves ensuring new and existing customers receive top-notch delivery services that meet their expectations. You will be responsible for identifying and developing solutions for customers using company products, outsourced solutions, or proprietary tools/techniques implemented by others. Customers will view you as a consultant, and your performance will be evaluated based on utilization (i.e., billable hours). Key Responsibilities: - Fully understand the customers" functional and technical requirements and provide analysis on all technical aspects. - Ability to convert specifications into quality deliverables. - Highlight impact and risk, troubleshoot issues, and provide immediate solutions. - Apply ACI fixes and mandates following ACI processes. - Manage code versions and ensure quality deliverables through complete QA. - Implement changes, provide product support, and follow prescribed processes. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in BASE24 domain knowledge, ATM, POS, Card Schemes, ISO8583. - Excellent knowledge of BASE24 configuration and development skills. - Working knowledge of TSS, data replication tools, HP Non-stop Skills, TACL, TAL, Enscribe/DDL. - Familiarity with tools like FUP, SCUP, INSPECT, Pathway, and deployment of code into SIT and UAT environments. - Experience with Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication and integration, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting GoldenGate processes. - Understanding of bi-directional replication, conflict detection/resolution, and high-availability architectures using GoldenGate. - Knowledge of data synchronization strategies and performance tuning in GoldenGate environments.
