Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Nursing Faculty member to join our nursing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring nursing students in nursing courses, developing curriculum, conducting research, and providing service to the university and community.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Masters in Nursing (Psychiatric/Pediatric/Community Health/Medical Health Nursing)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mental health nursing practice and education
- Strong teaching and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Record of scholarly publication and research
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach nursing courses in the undergraduate and graduate nursing programs
- Develop and revise curriculum to reflect current trends and best practices in mental health nursing
- Mentor and advise nursing students in academic and clinical settings
- Conduct research and publish scholarly articles
- Participate in departmental and university service activities
- Collaborate with professionals and organizations to promote evidence-based practice and community engagement
- Evaluate student learning outcomes and program effectiveness
- Maintain expertise in nursing subjects through ongoing education and professional development
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
