Designation

• Collaborate with FD executives to execute trials of new cosmetic product formulations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.


• Conduct thorough research on novel cosmetic ingredients, providing detailed technical insights to inform product development strategies.


• Perform comprehensive analytical tests on both intermediate formulated samples and final product batches to guarantee high- quality standards.


• Evaluate raw materials using a range of analytical tests during the inward inspection phase, contributing to the selection of premium- quality ingredients.


• Maintain and update established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as directed by the organization and FD department.


• Organize and maintain records and reference documents related to Formulation and Development activities.


• Communicate effectively with cross- functional teams to exchange critical information and ensure seamless project coordination.

Basic Skill Sets Required:

• Bachelors or masters degree in chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field.


• Thorough understanding of cosmetics product manufacturing and packaging processes.


• Deep knowledge of various cosmetic formulations and their corresponding manufacturing procedures.


• Proficiency in conducting detailed analyses of cosmetic products for quality assessment.


• Capability to perform comprehensive analysis of cosmetic ingredients, ensuring adherence to specifications.


• Strong proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages.


• Basic to intermediate proficiency in computer applications: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate within cross- functional teams.
