Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Smart Home Technicianto join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining smart home systems and automation devices including:
Smart lighting systems
CCTV / IP Cameras
Home Wi-Fi & Networking
Video door phones
Smart locks, thermostats, and sensors
Alexa/Google Home integrations
Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain smart home devices at client locations
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support
Provide user training to clients
Coordinate with technical team for upgrades or maintenance
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 13 years of experience in smart home systems
Technical knowledge of IoT, automation devices, and networking
Good communication and client-handling skills
Valid driving license (preferred)
Willing to travel to client sites
