As the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Business Development at archVi, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth story of our organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Strategizing & Leading: Taking charge of the city's growth through sales operations, exceeding revenue targets, and fostering innovation. - Creating & Expanding: Developing innovative business plans to enhance our market presence and drive exponential growth. - Inspiring & Motivating: Building, mentoring, and empowering a high-performance sales team with clear objectives and a culture of excellence. - Connecting & Collaborating: Cultivating enduring client relationships, understanding their requirements, and delivering solutions that surpass expectations. - Analyzing & Reporting: Providing valuable insights, revenue projections, and market trends to senior management for strategic decision-making. - Innovating & Identifying: Identifying emerging trends, seizing opportunities, and devising creative strategies to stay ahead of the competition. - Collaborating & Accelerating: Driving growth through strategic partnerships, lead generation, and exceptional client acquisition. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership, team management, and exceeding revenue targets. - Proven expertise in designing and executing impactful sales plans. - Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills to achieve peak performance. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities. - Analytical skills with the agility to refine strategies for optimal results. - A sharp understanding of the real estate and Proptech industry landscape.
