Assistant Vice President - Leasing

As a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in marketing, you will be responsible for driving revenue maximization and achieving optimum occupancy levels for the center through an effective leasing strategy. Your primary objective will be to ensure the right tenant mix, target business plan, and revenue generation through the sale of advertising space on various kiosks. Your key responsibilities will include formulating the leasing strategy and plan based on market intelligence, zoning the center, finalizing the brand/product category mix, and setting occupancy targets. You will be required to evaluate potential clients, resolve retailer queries, drive deal closures, and oversee lease administration and contract renewals. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in proposing revenue maximization strategies for kiosks, identifying suitable retailers, developing relationships with kiosk retailers, and establishing special kiosks during festive occasions to attract more customers. To excel in this role, you must possess a graduate degree with an MBA in Marketing. Knowledge of leasing administration processes, brand/product category mix, legal documents, and strong negotiation skills are essential for effective performance.
