Assistant Vice President - Internal Audit Business Analyst

As an Assistant Vice President - Internal Audit_Business Analyst at Citi, you will have the opportunity to shape your career and contribute to the global function of Citi Internal Audit (IA). You will be part of the Digital Solutions and Innovation (DSI) team within the Citi Internal Audit Innovation (IA) function, specifically as a Business Analyst. Your main responsibility will be to join the IA Centralized Analytics Team and ensure that Internal Audit members have the necessary technology, governance, and analytics platform to enhance audit activities effectively and efficiently. - Participate in designing and delivering innovative tools for Auditors - Demonstrate subject matter expertise in optimizing audit processes and tools improvements - Define data needs, design, and coordinate audit solutions development in line with professional standards - Proactively develop automated routines to assist Auditors with Audit Testing and Audit Lifecycle - Provide coaching to Audit team members on using solutions and offer support to the IA Centralized Analytics team - Apply business process understanding to identify opportunities for enhancing audit efficiencies through automated processes - Develop professional relationships with audit teams and technology teams for solution development - Promote continuous improvement in all aspects of audit automation activities - 6+ years of business/audit analyst experience in providing analytical techniques and automated solutions - Excellent technical, programming, project management, Agile, and coordination skills - Strong analytical ability and interpersonal skills for interfacing with internal and external audit and management - Self-driven with a problem-solving approach and detail-oriented mindset - Experience in stakeholder management, senior management reporting, and working in a global environment - Proficiency in technical skills such as SQL, Python, Hadoop ecosystem, Alteryx, KNIME, SDLC, Agile, Appian - Experience in areas like Application Management, Software Development, Business Requirements Gathering, and Technology Solutions Design Citi is committed to supporting your growth and development, offering extensive on-the-job training, exposure to senior leaders, and various programs to help employees balance work and life effectively.
