The AVP will oversee the financial operations related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, Consolidation, and Reporting
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial processes and systems Key Responsibilities will manage the following processes with 100+ FTEs: Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) General Ledger (GL) Payroll Consolidation and Reporting Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field MBA or CPA preferred Minimum of 10-25 years of experience in finance and accounting roles Strong knowledge of financial processes, systems, and regulations Excellent leadership and communication skills Proficiency in financial software and tools Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and accuracy Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively Additional Responsibilities: Participate in Company wide initiatives Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Provide training and support to finance team members
