Currently, we are looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Vice President - Exchange Trading & Fund Research in the International Wealth & Premier Banking division. As part of this role, your responsibilities will include conducting quantitative analysis of Exchange Trading Funds replication metrics and trading data, aligning Exchange Trading Funds with investment themes, and monitoring Recommended Exchange Trading Funds. You will also engage with various HSBC business lines to understand their requirements, suggest changes to the Exchange Trading Funds shelf, and prepare thought leadership research pieces on relevant industry topics. To excel in this role, you should have proven expertise in Exchange Trading Funds analysis and selection, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. A proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and effective time management are essential. Proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg, knowledge of financial markets, risk management, and relevant certifications like a Chartered Financial Analyst or a Masters degree are advantageous.
