Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, data science, computer science, engineering), or equivalent experience. A Master's degree is preferred. - 10+ years of experience in automation, analytics, data science, with a background in leading teams delivering projects using these techniques. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Proficiency in programming languages like Python or SQL is highly desirable. - Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis techniques. - Ability to create clear and insightful data visualizations. - Understanding of automation concepts and experience with relevant tools. - Strong problem-solving skills using data and analytical techniques.
