Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Bengaluru. The Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and organizational tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating between teams, maintaining documentation, assisting in task execution, and providing general support wherever required. The Assistant will play a key role in enabling efficiency and communication within the workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, for effective coordination
• Ability to handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation
• Basic proficiency in office software tools such as MS Office
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, preferred
