Assistant to Office Manager

As an Office Manager at Urban & Landscape Design Studio, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our boutique architectural and landscape practice. With a small team of 5 people, we are looking for a reliable operations generalist who can handle various responsibilities across admin, accounts coordination, hiring, and marketing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain attendance records, leaves, office supplies, and coordinate with vendors - Process monthly salaries and reimbursements efficiently - Draft job descriptions, post them on job portals, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and onboard new hires - Execute email marketing campaigns, coordinate social media posts, and handle basic content scheduling - Support Google Ads and social media promotions, as well as maintain lead trackers and CRM - Cold call prospects, schedule appointments, and manage the director's calendar effectively - Oversee hardware and software repairs to ensure the smooth functioning of the office **Requirements:** - Possess basic accounting knowledge and be proficient with Excel/Google Sheets - Comfortable using hiring portals, email marketing tools, and social media scheduling platforms - Strong communication skills in English with a focus on follow-up and an ownership mindset - Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or Zoho CRM would be advantageous - Prior experience in an architecture, interiors, or consulting firm is a plus Please send your application/CV to career@ulds.in along with your expected salary or contact us at 9718724995.
