Assistant Team Lead Graphic and Video Editor

As an Assistant Team Lead in the Design & Marketing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team lead in managing daily design operations. Your expertise in both graphic design and video editing will be put to the test as you produce high-quality visual and video content for digital and print platforms. You should be a creative and dynamic individual who can maintain brand consistency, oversee junior designers, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing digital and print assets such as banners, brochures, social media graphics, and brand collaterals. Additionally, you will edit and produce engaging video content for social media, ads, presentations, and promotional campaigns. Motion graphics and animation creation for intros, outros, and explainer content will also be part of your creative execution tasks. In terms of leadership and team support, you will assist the Team Lead in task delegation, quality control, and workflow management. Providing guidance and constructive feedback to junior team members will be essential, as well as collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and development. Project management will be a key aspect of your role, where you will help plan and prioritize design tasks and project timelines. Ensuring that all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and objectives, maintaining organized project files, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables are critical tasks. To excel in this role, you should have advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory is required, as well as video editing, sound syncing, basic color grading, and motion graphics skills. Good communication, team collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines are also essential.
