Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Classroom Support: Assist with implementing lesson plans, preparing materials, and organizing the classroom. Student Support: Provide individualized attention to students, including support with activities, potty training, and hygiene needs. Safety and Supervision: Supervise children during playtime, ensure a safe environment, and respond to any concerns or incidents. Communication: Communicate with parents and the teaching staff about student progress and concerns. Record Keeping: Help maintain records of student progress and needs. Learning Environment: Help create a positive and engaging learning environment for all students. Professional Development: Participate in professional development opportunities and ongoing training.
