Pranaliving is a Luxury interior products company offering the finest premium mattresses, leather sofas, premium furnitures, soft furnishings, flooring, blinds and much more. We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic female professional who’s eager to grow her career in Sales & Marketing in the world of luxury interiors.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role at our HSR Layout Experience Centre.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will:

• Engage with walk-in customers and offer a memorable luxury buying experience.
• Build and nurture relationships with Builders, Architects, Interior Designers, Hoteliers and other key stakeholders.
• Work on lead generation and strategic business development.
• Manage client data efficiently and ensure smooth follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing.
• Proven success in sales and business development roles.
• Confident, well-spoken and proactive communicator.
• Strong data management and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, Hindi and local languages.
• A go-getter who enjoys fieldwork, networking, and strategic partnerships.
• Ambitious and keen on long-term career growth.

Compensation

CTC: ₹8 – ₹12 LPA (including variable pay & incentives)
Based on experience and expertise.
