ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

You have an exciting opportunity to join as an Assistant Store Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience in the Hospitality/FMCG/Manufacturing/Automobiles, QSR industry. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely opening of the store and adhering to all processes during store opening. Your key responsibilities will include optimizing manpower utilization, developing the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction by avoiding stock outs and loss of sales. To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership, analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Your ability to make quick and right decisions will be crucial in this position. Additionally, being computer savvy is essential for effective store operations. You will be accountable for loss prevention, pilferage control, asset maintenance, and ensuring customer convenience and service. Building and engaging a high-performing team, managing space effectively, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards for both staff and customers are integral parts of your role. Compliance with statutory requirements and safeguarding store assets and property will also be part of your duties. Flexibility in traveling is required for this role, and the job location is anywhere in South India.
