Assistant Spa Manager

As a Spa Manager/Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the spa and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve managing the reception area, handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supervising the staff to provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the reception area and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Handle customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email - Schedule appointments for spa services and manage the appointment calendar - Supervise spa staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the spa area - Assist in inventory management and ordering of spa supplies - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Qualifications Required: - Fluency in Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil languages - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Certification in spa management or related field is a plus In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company provides food and accommodation for employees.
