Job Description

Role Summary:
Assist the Service Manager in daily workshop operations, customer handling, technician management, and achievement of service targets. Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise workshop operations and allocate jobs to technicians.
  • Ensure timely vehicle servicing, quality control, and adherence to OEM standards.
  • Handle customer complaints, service follow-ups, and ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Monitor job cards, billing, warranty claims, and DMS updates.
  • Maintain workshop discipline, productivity, and housekeeping.
  • Coordinate with spare parts, sales, and OEM representatives.
  • Support service camps, promotions, and CSI improvement initiatives.
  • Track daily service performance, revenue, and customer feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,804.85 - ₹18,569.54 per month
