Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager Non-SAP Application Support Department: Information Technology

Location: Lonikand HO / Pune

Reporting To: Head Digital & IT

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose To support the IT Applications team in managing, maintaining, and enhancing the performance, governance, and user experience of Non-SAP applications across Weikfield Foods Pvt Ltd. This role will focus on issue resolution, CR tracking, vendor coordination, data integration, reporting, and project execution for platforms such as Leap OCR CRM, SFA, Partner Portal, Power BI, and other digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

Non-SAP Applications:

  • Provide support for Leap OCR CRM, E-com / MT and CSD PO to Order Conversion to ERP Process.
  • Partner Portal Order Management, MSSR Management, NDC Management.
  • SFA (Field Assist, Recibo) sales channel applications (GT, FS, MT, ECom) Support management.
  • Partner Portal Monitor and manage data sync from Distributors (DBs). • Assist in managing Sales Forecast Planning Application.
  • Generate Monthly Production Plan + Dispatch Planning basis the Input from the SCM team. Automate the Daily Report generation on Pro rata Basis.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure:
  • Support AWS Cloud Infra: patch management, VMs monitoring, and PostgreSQL database.
  • Data & Reporting:
  • Support Power BI Application Server, DAX queries, and dashboard/report creation and enhancement.
  • Assist in monthly report generation for senior management (MD Sir)

• Monitor API integrations and data sync governance with AWS Datalake and other ecosystems.

  • Governance & Co-ordination:
  • Maintain issue trackers, raise tickets, follow up for RCA and resolution. • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for CRs, enhancements, and project delivery.
  • Participate in Monthly Governance Review Meetings with all 15 application teams.
  • Share relevant Month closure Report generation files with SCM team. • Marketing & Artwork Tools:
  • Managing Centralized Marketing Artwork management with cloud storage.
  • Assist in managing Freepik, Adobe Cloud Pro, Canva, and other artwork-related applications.
  • FG Code & Vendor Management:
  • Managing New FG code creation & management portal with data handling.
  • Vendor Payment Management and Monitoring Budget Vs Spends. Required Skills
  • Understanding of enterprise application support and integration.
  • Business Requirement gathering (BRD).
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Exposure to Power BI, DAX, SQL/PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and data sync processes.
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and communication ski

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• 4-6 years of experience in application support or IT operations.

• Experience in FMCG or similar industry is a plus.
