Assistant Sales Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will own the full sales cycle for B2B clients — from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and managing renewals. You'll work closely with the founding team and operations to deliver a seamless rental experience while consistently hitting revenue targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and prospect companies, startups, and institutions that need to rent laptops and other IT devices.

Engage decision-makers, understand their requirements, and pitch the right rental plan (short-term or long-term).

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals within target timelines. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Manage and grow the existing client portfolio, including contract renewals and account expansion.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery, installation, and support of rented devices.

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and client records in the CRM.

4–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT hardware, electronics, rental/leasing, or SaaS. Proven track record selling to corporate and institutional clients.

Confidence in cold outreach, client meetings, and commercial negotiations.

Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Kannada and/or Hindi is a plus.

A self-starter who is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Bachelor's degree required; an MBA is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
