Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager to drive business growth and market penetration for our advanced NPWT (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy) Vac Dressing Products across the Delhi region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong techno-commercial background in medical devices, excellent clinical engagement skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets within hospitals and institutional accounts.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1. Sales Execution & Target Achievement

• Drive primary and secondary sales targets for NPWT systems and vacuum dressings across hospitals, nursing homes, and institutional accounts in Delhi.
• Expand the existing client base by identifying new institutional buyers, surgeons, plastic surgeons, wound care specialists, and procurement heads.
• Implement strategic regional sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

2. Product Promotion & Clinical Demonstration

• Act as a product expert for NPWT Vac Dressing Products, providing clinical demonstrations and technical explanations to doctors, nurses, and biomedical teams.
• Highlight the clinical and economic benefits of advanced wound care solutions over traditional dressing methods.
• Conduct CME (Continuing Medical Education) sessions, product evaluations, and hospital trials.

3. Relationship Management & Key Accounts

• Build and maintain robust relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, purchase managers, and distributors.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and prompt post-sales support regarding product delivery, application support, and stock replenishment.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Monitor competitor pricing, product positioning, and marketing strategies within the medical device domain in the Delhi territory.
• Provide structured daily/weekly sales reports, market feedback, and forecasting data strictly through company-mandated tracking portals (e.g., SalesNayak CRM).
• Manage payment collections and ensure adherence to credit terms and financial compliance.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Education: Graduate (B.Sc / B.Pharma / B.Tech / MBA in Healthcare Management or related disciplines preferred).
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven field sales experience in Medical Devices, Surgical Consumables, or Advanced Wound Care products. Direct experience handling NPWT / negative pressure therapy products will be given highest preference.
• Competencies:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of hospital procurement cycles, tender processes, and distribution networks in Delhi.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
