Assistant Sales

As a Sales Assistant at Elephant Canvas, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our exquisite digital art. You will be responsible for executing strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and profitability goals. Building strong relationships with clients, providing expert knowledge, and personalized service to meet their needs will be a key aspect of your role. Analyzing market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all sales activities. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a successful track record. A passion for art, coupled with proven ability to drive sales and meet/exceed targets in a retail or similar environment, is highly desirable. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are crucial for excelling in this role. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities will be beneficial, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
