Job Description

Assistant Regional Manager - GL South East
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Leverage the company's productivity app to enhance employee productivity by developing innovative features for sales teams across BFL.

Serve as a product owner and work with IT to deliver a quality product as per requirements of different business verticals.

Engage with a variety of stakeholders, including business teams and technical teams, to determine business requirements and technical considerations.

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and review/write user stories.

Partner with the IT team to ensure on-time delivery of features in the app.

Liaise with stakeholders across verticals in BFL to drive usage and adoption of the Salesone app.

Guide team members to deliver quality output.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical roles. Candidates with an MBA will be preferred.

6-8 years of related product management experience in a technology company or financial services company.

Knowledge of Finance/Fintech, NBFC/lending, and B2C Platforms is an advantage.

Great presentation skills and experience with MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with data to extract insights and stretch when required.

High on motivation and a self-starter.

Basic understanding of UX design.

Experience writing documentation of functional requirements for development by IT.
