Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform routine and non-routine chemical tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as GC, HPLC, FTIR, UV-Vis, AAS, and titration equipment.
Prepare chemical reagents, standards, and samples for testing.
Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain laboratory cleanliness and safety protocols.
Assist in troubleshooting and calibration of lab instruments.
Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Support R&D and process optimization activities as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

M.Sc in Inorganic Chemistry from a reputed college

5 years -10 years of experience in Chemical Industry

Strong understanding of analytical chemistry techniques.
Familiarity with petrochemical processes and materials.
Proficiency in lab documentation and data interpretation.
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
