Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Zoology, based in Chhattisgarh, India. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Zoology. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, supervising research projects, conducting assessments, mentoring students, and participating in academic planning and curriculum development. The role also encompasses engaging in research and contributing to the academic community through publications and seminars.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in Zoology, with the ability to teach core and specialized subjects.
• Strong academic and research skills, including experience in publishing research papers and guiding student research projects.
• Effective communication, public speaking, and presentation skills for teaching and mentoring.
• Organizational and leadership skills, along with an ability to participate in academic planning and collaboration.
• Post Graduation or Ph.D. in Zoology or a related discipline is preferred; candidates with a Master's degree in Zoology and relevant teaching experience may also apply.
