Assistant Professor in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses related to

  RPA

  ,

  UiPath

  ,

  REFramework

  , and automation methodologies.
• Conduct practical sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs on UiPath development.
• Guide students in mini-projects, major projects, internships, and research activities.
• Develop and update curriculum content to align with industry standards and latest RPA advancements.
• Engage in academic research, publish papers, and participate in conferences/seminars.
• Collaborate with department faculty for academic planning, accreditation activities, and innovations in pedagogy.
• Provide mentorship and support to students for certifications (e.g., UiPath RPA Developer).
• Coordinate with industry partners for internships, guest lectures, and training programs.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree (M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. Computer Science) from a recognized university.
• Strong conceptual and practical knowledge of

  Robotic Process Automation

  .

• Hands-on development experience in UiPath

  including:
• UiPath Studio / StudioX
• Orchestrator
• Queues, Assets, Selectors
• Data scraping, Document Understanding
• Proven experience in building end-to-end automation workflows using

  REFramework

  .

Preferred/Desirable Skills

• UiPath Certification (e.g., UiPath RPA Associate / Advanced Developer).
• Experience with other RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, or SQL.
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Experience in academic research or relevant industry projects.

Experience

• Minimum 13 years

  of professional or academic experience in RPA, UiPath, and automation frameworks.
• Freshers with strong UiPath skills and certification may also be considered.
