Position Overview:

We are looking for a committed and knowledgeable Assistant Professor in Physical Chemistry to join our academic team. The candidate should be NET/JRF qualified and hold a Master’s degree (M.Sc. in Physical Chemistry). This role is ideal for freshers or early-career educators passionate about teaching and mentoring students for competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach core Physics concepts aligned with exams like CSIR NET, GATE, IIT-JAM, etc.
• Develop study materials, mock tests, and question banks based on current exam trends.
• Conduct online/offline lectures, doubt-solving sessions, and assessments.
• Work with the content and video production team to create educational resources.
• Utilize digital platforms for interactive and effective teaching.
• Guide students with test strategies, concept clarification, and academic progress.

Required Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Physical Chemistry from a recognized university.
• Qualified in CSIR-NET/IIT-JAM/JRF/GATE (Physics).
• Sound knowledge in core Physical Chemistry topics such as Mechanics, Electromagnetism, Quantum Physics, and Mathematical Physics.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 0–1 year of teaching or mentoring experience (online or offline).
• Familiarity with competitive exam formats and syllabi.
• Experience using smart classroom or online teaching tools.
