Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in the Pathology Department. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, guiding research projects, and participating in departmental meetings and curriculum development. Additional responsibilities include mentoring students, evaluating their academic progress, and contributing to the hospital’s medical research efforts. This role is located in Puducherry.

Qualifications

• MD Pathology Degree from a recognized institution
• 1 Year experience as Senior Resident post in a teaching hospital or academic institution is highly desirable
• Expertise in Pathology, including diagnostic techniques and laboratory management
• Experience in teaching and mentoring students at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels
• Strong research skills and familiarity with medical research methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and academic staff
