Assistant Professor

We are seeking a motivated and academically strong Assistant Professor(Full-Time Faculty) to join our institution. The role involves teaching undergraduate students, supporting academic delivery, and contributing to the overall learning ecosystem of the college.

This position is ideal for M.Tech graduates or final-year M.Tech students who are passionate about teaching, mentoring students, and building a long-term academic career.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions as per the curriculum
• Assist in course planning, lesson preparation, and academic content development
• Support senior faculty in labs, assessments, evaluations, and academic activities
• Mentor and guide students in academic and project-related work
• Participate in examinations, invigilation, evaluation, and result processing
• Contribute to departmental academic initiatives, workshops, and events
• Maintain academic records and comply with institutional and regulatory guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

• M.Tech completed or M.Tech pursuing (final year)
• Strong subject knowledge in the relevant engineering/technology discipline
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching and student development
• Freshers are welcome to apply

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of outcome-based education and academic processes
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students effectively
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in an academic environment
• Familiarity with academic tools, LMS, or digital teaching platforms is a plus
