Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Commerce, Business, and Management disciplines.
• Conducting research in relevant fields, contributing to academic publications and projects.
• Providing academic support to students through advising and mentoring.
• Participating in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and faculty activities.
• Engaging in academic, administrative, and extracurricular activities within the department and institution.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
• A Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably with a PhD or evidence of progress towards a PhD).
• Experience:
• Teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level in Commerce, Management, or related fields.
• Research experience and publications in reputed journals are highly desirable.
