Employment Type: Full-Time (Experienced / Fresher candidates may apply)Eligibility Criteria:

· Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks in any of the following disciplines:

o MCA

o M.Tech

o M.Sc. (Computer Science / Information Technology)

· NET / SET / Ph.D. qualified candidates will be preferred.

· Candidates must fulfill UGC / University norms applicable at the time of appointment.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:Academic Responsibilities:

· Deliver effective classroom teaching for undergraduate and/or postgraduate programs as assigned.

· Prepare lecture plans, study material, presentations, and assessments in line with the curriculum.

· Design, conduct, and evaluate internal assessments, assignments, and examinations.

· Mentor and guide students in academic, career, and research-related activities.

· Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and academic progress.

Research & Professional Development:

· Engage in research activities, publications, seminars, conferences, and workshops.

· Encourage and supervise student projects, internships, and research work.

· Participate in Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) to enhance teaching and research skills.

Institutional Responsibilities:

· Contribute to curriculum development, syllabus review, and academic planning.

· Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and institutional activities.

· Assist in accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA), documentation, and quality initiatives.

· Support admission activities, student counseling, and outreach programs.

· Contribute to department branding, industry interaction, and innovation initiatives.

Administrative & Compliance Responsibilities:

· Adhere to institutional policies, academic schedules, and professional ethics.

· Support academic audits, inspections, and university-related work.

· Perform any other academic or administrative duties assigned by the Management or Head of the Department.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science / IT.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment.

· Proficiency in modern teaching tools and ICT-based learning.

· Commitment to student development and institutional growth.
