Role Highlights:

Teaching & Learning:

• Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions across nursing subjects.
• Supervise clinical training, patient care demonstrations, and student internships.
• Guide students in academic performance, clinical excellence, and research projects.

Academic & Clinical Support:

• Participate in curriculum development and teaching plan preparation.
• Monitor student attendance, discipline, and progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to INC / PNRC norms and institutional guidelines.

Professional Development:

• Engage in seminars, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching quality.
• Support senior faculty and contribute to departmental academic activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• M.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university (as per INC norms).
• Registered Nurse & Midwife (RN/RM) with the State Nursing Council.
• Prior teaching or clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
