As an Assistant Professor in the field of Medical Lab Technology, you will be responsible for developing professional logistics to enhance student performance. Your role will involve guiding, leading, and mentoring students in research projects, as well as evaluating, monitoring, and mentoring their academic progress. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating, innovating, and implementing career-enhancement programs and activities to support student growth. Furthermore, you will supervise and support teaching assistants, actively participate in departmental and college activities, and contribute to the functional activities of departmental committees. It will be your responsibility to assess, review, and evaluate student activities and progress, while also assisting and supporting senior professors in their day-to-day tasks and functions. Your role will also involve the development and implementation of innovative instructional methods to enhance the learning experience for students.
