Assistant of Internal Audit

As a Risk and Controls professional, you will be involved in the Audit process review, risk and control assessment, Audit, and validation focusing on key risk areas. Your responsibilities will include preparing the development of a Risk-Based Audit Plan, audit scope, and work program. You will support the team in fieldwork, review the work of team members, discuss reports with the concerned functional head, finalize reports for submission to senior management, prepare audit committee presentations, track and follow-up on implementation of audit recommendations, and provide training to new and existing team members on auditing and recent developments. It is essential for you to be adept at interpreting regulations and their application. Requirements for this role include 2-5 years of work experience in a relevant field and a degree in B.Com/CA Inter.
