Assistant, Materials Handling

As a Store & Warehouse Assistant at our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Preparation of Goods Receipt Note (GRN) in JD Edwards ERP System and BLPS System. - Coordinating with Purchase for P.O related activities in JD Edwards ERP System. - Managing the activities of materials including receipt, checking, and inspection. - Properly arranging materials in designated locations with identification. - Managing and controlling stock in JD Edwards ERP System and BLPS System compared to physical stock. - Conducting stock audits within specified time frames under coordination with the Accounts department. - Maintaining GMP records as per SOP and ensuring proper practices for materials handling. - Handling materials due for retest and expiry, including the destruction of expired and rejected materials. - Managing Finished Goods (receipt, storage, and dispatch). - Dispensing/issuance of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), Miscellaneous items, and Engineering materials. You should possess the following skills: - Expertise in Inventory Management - Knowledge of cGMP and Compliance standards - Proficiency in Regulatory & Audit Readiness - Practitioner level skills in Data Integrity Qualifications: - Education: ITI/Diploma - Total Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Store & Warehouse department for a sterile manufacturing plant Please note that candidates applying for internal job positions must have completed at least 2 years within their existing role.,
